Dalton, Buel L., age 87, went to his eternal rest on April 11, 2012. He was born on September 15, 1924 in Thornhill, Tennessee to Gilbert and Eliza (Harville) Dalton. He served in the United States Army during WWII under General Patton and was honored with five bronze stars.
He married Myrtle Clemmons who preceded him in death in 1988. He is survived by a daughter, Joyce Land, Two sons, Danny and Randy Dalton; six grandchildren numerous great grandchildren, three sisters, Frances Abner, Grace Robinson, Shirley Wilson, and a brother, Raymond Dalton who proceeded him in death.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home (Franklin). Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. www.anderson-fh.com
